Conditions: Investor's return rate is 30-60% per annum. The land plot is registered to a legal entity, which is owned by the investor. When a construction permit is obtained, the investor is allocated square meters according to their share in the project. Project cycle is 1-2 years for small projects (up to 10,000 m2). Investment withdrawal is one year after obtaining a construction permit or after 60% of the project is implemented. The investor retrieves the investment by selling their share in the project, either independently or through the Devent Investment sales department. Design, construction of the project, real estate sales, or transfer to a management company.

Targeted investment in land - pool of investors

Conditions: Investor's return rate is 25-50% per annum. Profitability is calculated from the moment the pool is filled for the purchase of the land plot. The investor confirms their participation by transferring 10% of their investment volume; the second part is paid when the pool is filled. The land plot is registered to a legal entity owned by a group of investors. When a construction permit is obtained, the legal entity of the investors is allocated square meters according to their share in the project. Project cycle is 1-2 years for small projects (up to 10,000 m2). Investment withdrawal is one year after obtaining a construction permit or after 60% of the project is implemented. Minimum investment amount is 200,000 USD.

Real estate profitability protocol (RESP)
